We are taking the following precautions to do our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

The United Way of Marshall County and Marshall County Community Foundation team are currently operating remotely. Our main number, 574.936.3366, will be answered as normal from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, weekdays. All staff will remain accessible as usual via email and phone.

FOR DROP OFFS, please call 574.354.0315 to allow immediate access to the drop box in the front of our office.

 

STAY INFORMED AND GET HELP

  • Call the United Way of Marshall County at 574.999.8900 to learn more about local resources and assistance available to households impacted by COVID-19.
  • Follow updates from the Center for Disease Control here and the Indiana Department of Health here.

MARSHALL COUNTY FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN SURVEY

We are conducting a quick check-in on families of young children in Marshall County. Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey and help us get a handle on the current needs of local families.

We're working to understand how you all are doing during this period of social distancing.

DAILY AT HOME LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR GRADES 6-12

WNIT Public Television - PBS Michiana will begin broadcasting At Home Learning programs for grades 6-12 on Monday, March 30.  The programs will be available Monday through Friday from Noon to 5:00 p.m. These daily free-over-the-air broadcasts will feature the best in public media science, history and other educational programming.  WNIT plans to air this new broadcast locally on temporary channel 34.5 for the duration of the pandemic.  Please, re-scan your televisions to recognize this new channel. 


For those that do have access to the internet and computers, WNIT is offering additional resources during this crisis.  Families may sign up for a daily email highlighting that day’s programming by going to wnit.org and clicking on the link in the story entitled “Are You On the List?” (https://www.wnit.org/a/are-you-on-the-list.html)

GET OUTSIDE! SERIES ON YOUTUBE
