Ginny Munroe is the Town Manager for Culver where she also served on the Town Council for 14 years. Prior to her Town Manager position in Culver, Ginny was a Community Development Manager for Troyer Group, and she owned at operated a publishing business for 25 years. Ginny sits on the Culver Youth Organization board and Leadership Marshall County’s board. Ginny also serves as Vice President of the Marshall County Crossroads team, where she led County leaders through the Stellar Community’s process. Both Culver and Marshall County received Stellar designations. Ginny lives in Culver with her husband Grant. They own a business called GG’s Kiln.
