2  After an employee’s application to the program is accepted, we will begin the process of onboarding you. Expect an initial email with steps on how to get started.
3 Upon receiving the email from us: Fill out the Provider Agreement, submit your W-9, provide a copy of your family handbook or contract, and provide the weekly childcare costs for each enrolled family.
4 Use our billing portal to enter the details of care provided, in line with your billing cycle. Our program uses bill.com. Upon signing up, you will receive an onboarding guide and tutorial on how to sign up for a free account to invoice the team.
